Returns Policy

Loveable Creations will exchange any of its products because of manufacturing defects at no cost. 

Any product (with the exception of Create Your Child's Name) can be exchanged for another, provided the item is in good condition and is in its original factory packaging.  In this case the customer is responsibe for shipping to and from the factory as well as any price difference.

If you need to return an item for exchange, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Place your new order for the exchange.  We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item and then processed and shipped the new item.
